Why Aurabase exists.
Aurabase started with a clinic that was growing faster than its spreadsheets. Leads lived in one tab, refills in another, labs in a shared inbox, and the declined-card list in someone's head. Every week something slipped: a consult never booked, a refill missed, a card never retried.
They did not need a sales CRM. They needed a patient operating system: one record per person that follows them from first contact through bloodwork, consult, membership, medication and billing, with the day's work sorted into lists a team can actually clear.
That requirements list became Aurabase. It is built to be shared by many clinics, each on its own address with its own team, without a custom build or a long implementation for any of them.
